Functional Skills

I am functional and strategically very well trained. I am able to lead complex projects within different roles, like project manager, scrum master, technical lead, functional lead, solution architect, lead developer, (senior) software engineer or all round IT Professional. Furthermore, I am quite often involved with implementations of Application Life Cycle Management Systems and Software Development Life Cycle Management Systems. I'm an academically educated strategist (MA - Leading Innovation and Change) and can operate within the higher organizational layers.  I am very much able to formulate solid and sound strategies for different kinds of projects. This has big advantages for the companies I work for, but sometimes has also a downside for me. It can happen that people start to doubt my technical up to date skills. That is why I made a reference project in the form of a Game. In that project I integrate lots of state of the art technical elements. This should make it clear that I can still move myself in the mud when needed and furthermore it shows that I am well able to guide technical projects and its members.

Technical Reference Projects

It is often hard to communicate your technical development skills. That's why I made a windows phone game technical reference project with a lot of relevant issues which are important in the current market. The subject of the game is not about me not being a member of the group, but the Freemasonry is appealing and attractive to base a game on. I made the game to show my technical skills. New relevant technical elements will be added.
