I operate from a vision and am very results oriented. My vision is not limited to the boundaries of the project and I put the project clearly in the context of the organization. Thanks to these strong analytical and communicative abilities, I am able to understand complex issues quickly and am able to make them clear to team members and clients. I enjoy coaching organizations and teams concerning: Agile, Scrum, Less, SaFe, Business Intelligence, Change Management, Business Process Management, Innovation, DevOps, architecture, design, programming and testing. My flexibility and wide experience in various projects makes me very versatile. Besides my individual contribution, there also will be available my knowledge and experience of many years of project management, coaching, programming and architecture. As a highly trained, motivated generalist I am -independently or in teams – ideally suited to solve complex issues of modern architecture and software engineering (Agile, Change, Innovation, Business Intelligence, Business Processes, UML, CBD, OO, development methodologies, Internet, etc.). I have a long experience concerning thinking in concepts and the practical ability to translate these concepts into workable solutions for the client. I'm often the force behind the substantive directions of complex projects.
With my solid and scientific level of education in the field of leading innovation and change combined with project management, I am able to create a solid and sound environment within which complex leadership models and projects of different flavors can be embedded. My knowledge of the agile software development methodology using several different frameworks and project management models, was often the reason why lost cases turned into highly successful projects within time, budget and properly aligned resources. The combination of scientific leadership and project management skills together with in depth practical knowledge of state of the art software development solutions, makes me the natural choice for project success.
With the combination of three Business Masters (MSc, MA, MBA) and a Bachelor in the information technology combined with many relevant certificates, successful projects and years of experience I am often the driving force behind difficult strategic organizational changes which otherwise would have failed before they started.
