General Information
Jaap operates from a vision and is very results oriented. His vision is not limited to the boundaries of the project but Jaap puts the project clearly in the context of the organization. Thanks to his strong analytical and communicative abilities, Jaap is able to understand complex issues quickly and is able to make them clear to team members and clients. Jaap enjoys coaching the team concerning: architecture, design, programming and testing. His flexibility and wide experience in various projects makes Jaap very versatile. Besides his individual contribution, there also will be available Jaap's knowledge and experience of many years of project management, coaching, programming and architecture. As a highly trained, motivated generalist Jaap -independently or in teams – is ideally suited to solve complex issues of modern architecture and software engineering (UML, CBD, OO, development methodologies, Internet, etc.). Jaap has a long experience concerning thinking in concepts and the practical ability to translate these concepts into workable solutions for the client. Jaap is often the force behind the substantive directions of complex projects.
